Advised the owners of the property in a lease and sale of the property, following a 12 year hold period in which the building was gut renovated and income producing. Represented the owner in executing a new long term lease which was used to drive the sale price to a French private equity fund.

Represented the purchaser of a medical condo space at the world renowned 740 Park Cooperative. The space required a full gut renovation, and heavily regulated building rules and landmark property status. Heavy concessions were obtained due to the extensive renovations and time required.
